This day-long online event will provide an opportunity for regeneration and inspiration, as well as a gentle reminder that self-compassion in these trying times is the single most important tool for resilience. We will investigate why self-care must be a priority when caring for others. Together, we will share tools and resources for enhancing our wellbeing. |
