How do I buy tickets?
Tickets for concerts can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or through the Montalvo Box Office in person or by phone: 408-961-5858. The Box Office is open 10am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Where do I park for summer concerts?
As a courtesy to our neighbors, please do not park on streets
surrounding Montalvo Arts Center.
General parking for Summer Concerts and certain special events:
West Valley College

Check event information for exact lot number at West Valley. Signs will also be posted to direct you to our designated parking area.
Free shuttles between the parking lot and the venue entrance will run throughout the evening beginning 75 minutes before the show starts. Wheelchair-accessible
shuttles will be available. You do not need a parking pass for your car. Just
park and proceed to the shuttles. Concert tickets are not required to
board the shuttles. Will Call concert tickets can be claimed at the Box Office,
located near the Garden Theatre entrance.
If you purchased an on-site Parking Pass:
Please proceed to Montalvo and present your on-site parking pass. You will be
directed to a parking space. Will Call orders for on-site parking passes are
located at the Montalvo entrance gate.
How do I purchase parking passes?
A limited number of passes for on-site parking are available for $25. Members have first priority during the pre-sale. These passes are available through Ticketmaster or by calling the Montalvo Box Office at 408-961-5858 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. Click here to go to the Ticketmaster page to purchase a parking pass online. You do not need to purchase a ticket to purchase parking.
Where do I park for Carriage House Theatre concerts?
Parking for most concerts in the Carriage House Theatre is on-site at Montalvo and FREE. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the show and parking in either Lot 3 or Lot 4.
What time do the doors open?
Doors open one hour before each show.
Where is Will Call located?
Will Call concert tickets can be claimed at the Box Office, located near the Carriage House Theatre and the Garden Theatre entrance. Will Call orders for on-site parking passes are located at the entrance to the on-site parking lots.
Can tickets be purchased at the door and is there a service charge?
If the concert is not sold out, tickets are available at the Box Office day-of-show. Box Office opens two hours before the show. There is no service charge at the Box Office.
What kind of food is served?
A variety of foods are available for purchase at each Summer Concert. Light snacks are available at Carriage House Theatre shows. We also have beer and wine for purchase.
Can I bring my own food?
You can bring a small lunch – something that fits in a brown paper bag. No thermoses, picnic baskets or larger meals and no glass. You may not bring your own alcohol. One factory-sealed bottle of water per person is permitted.
Can I bring in acrylic glasses and a small soft cooler with ice?
Glass of any kind and coolers are not permitted.
Where is the information on where to go for the shuttles?
The information for shuttles is available on Ticketmaster.com, when you purchase your tickets. All logistical information for Montalvo concerts is located on the right-hand side of the page for each concert.
What if I want to buy wheelchair accessible tickets?
Information on wheelchair accessible tickets is available on each concert page on Ticketmaster.com. There is a button next to “search for tickets” with information. You can also call the Box Office at 408-961-5858 with any questions about accessibility.
What is the seating like?
Lilian Fontaine Garden Theatre seating:
Orchestra (rows A - H) and Mezzanine (rows J - HH) are stadium-style seating. General Admission is on wide concrete steps with grass seating space. There is no back support, and blankets are encouraged. No lawn chairs allowed.

Carriage House Theatre seating:
