How to Register
Montalvo Members are eligible for registration in our popular summer arts day camps, including Missoula Children's Theatre: Performing Arts Day Camp and Artists in Residence Multi Arts Day Camp.
Starry, Starry Night: Art & Astronomy Slumber Party is open to the public. (Montalvo Members receive 20% off the tuition of this program.)
Beginning Wednesday, March 5 at 10am, register by calling or visiting the Montalvo Box Office, Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. The Montalvo Box Office may be reached by calling 408.961.5858. Cash, Visa or MasterCard accepted.
Starry, Starry Night: Art & Astronomy Slumber Party tickets may also be purchased through Ticketmaster.com
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds to our performing arts and multi-arts camps must be submitted in writing to Montalvo's education office for consideration. There are no refunds for Starry, Starry Night tickets. Camp refunds, less a $10 handling fee, will be given according to the following deadlines:
- Missoula Children's Theatre: Performing Arts Camp - Full refund, less a $10 registration fee, if request received in writing 30 days before the first day of camp; 50% refund, less a $10 registration fee, if received in writing 15 days before the first day of camp. No refund if request received within 14 days of camp.
- Artists in Residence: Multi-Arts Camp - Full refund, less a $10 registration fee, if request received in writing 30 days before the first day of camp; 50% refund, less a $10 registration fee, if received in writing 15 days before the first day of camp. No refund if request received within 14 days of camp.
- Starry, Starry Night - Non-refundable.
In the event that Montalvo cancels the camps, all fees will be refunded. No refunds will be granted for early camp withdrawal, absences or behavioral dismissals.
