VENUE: Historic Villa

The historic Villa at Montalvo Arts Center was a sight to be seen on Saturday, October 30, 2010 for Dreamscapes: The Art of Imagination. The Villa was lit up inside and out with washes of colored light giving each room a distinctive mood. Artworks by Montalvo's very own artists in-residence served as décor and the Villa was also filled with the overwhelming generosity of its guests. The gala featured a live auction, dance performances as well as a tribute to Sally Lucas - gala guests donned oversized black glasses in her honor as she became Montalvo's first Lifetime Trustee. All proceeds benefit the Sally and Don Lucas Artists Residency Program.

Thanks to everyone who attended for making this event such a fun and magical evening. It was a huge success!
