Here's what Alessandro Cartumini, the executive chef at Quattro Restaurant, has to say about Montalvo's Food & Wine event:
The Montalvo Food and Wine Classic Event is one of the best food and wine promotions on the Peninsula due to the selection of participating restaurants and wineries and of course the intimate setting.
Those attending the event are similar to our clientele and therefore there is a natural partnership between Montalvo and Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Silicon Valley.
