 d grade. Montalvo s culinary fellowship is founded on the philosophies of 
 sustainable agriculture and the slow-food movement. Within this master cla
 ss\, students will learn about a variety of foods and the cultures and com
 munities they can create. Young students will prepare meals together under
  the expert guidance of our culinary fellow\, and will come to understand 
 our connection to the earth in a way that is unique in our world of quick\
 , processed foods.
