 l s second grade. Montalvo s culinary fellowship is founded on the philoso
 phies of sustainable agriculture and the slow-food movement. Within this m
 aster class\, students will learn about a variety of foods and the culture
 s and communities they can create. Young students will prepare meals toget
 her under the expert guidance of our culinary fellow\, and will come to un
 derstand our connection to the earth in a way that is unique in our world 
 of quick\, processed foods.
