Grown in the Santa Clara Valley since 1900 and prized for its sweet and tart flavors and intense aroma, the Blenheim has been overlooked in favor of more transportable varieties. Participants will learn the history of this kingly fruit, and leave with the ability to preserve Blenheim apricots at home.
